Chief Financial Officer

Rob joined First Tee – Greater Richmond as its fractional Chief Financial Officer in September 2024 and will be assisting First Tee – Greater Richmond in its financial and strategic operations to further optimize the organization.

Rob is a Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors where he leads the firm’s Transaction and Private Equity Practice. Prior to rejoining Fahrenheit, Rob held various finance executive positions including CFO of Carlotz, and several other middle market companies, along with 25 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.

When not in the office, you will find Rob in the woods, training his two German Shorthaired Pointers, or on the golf course. In the area, he plays at Richmond County Club and previously served on the Board of Meadowbrook Country Club, as the finance committee chair.

A Mansfield University Graduate, Rob and his wife Rebecca have two girls – Emma and Caroline, who have both been introduced to the game of golf.
