Catalina Randall
Senior Director of Finance

Catalina was born and raised in Medellín, Colombia, and moved to the United States in 2013. Since then, she has built her career in the nonprofit sector, where she has developed a passion for supporting mission-driven organizations and helping them achieve their goals through strong financial management. Prior to moving to the United States, Catalina worked in the private sector for two well-established companies in Medellín.

Before joining First Tee – Greater Richmond, she and her family lived in Virginia Beach until July 2025, and she served as Controller at Norfolk Collegiate for five years. She joined First Tee in January 2026 and is passionate about the organization’s mission and the opportunity to contribute her knowledge and expertise to its continued growth and success.

Catalina is bilingual in English and Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places and experiences, and most of all, spending time with her family and her two energetic boys.
