Ashley joined First Tee-Greater Richmond in January 2025 as the Director of Engagement from James Madison University where she was the Director of Internal Operations and Events. During her time at JMU, she was responsible for key special events, donor engagement and donor stewardship in athletic fundraising. She was able to be a part of the JMU’s first football bowl game appearance, as well as NCAA appearances for multiple teams. Ashley attended University of Maryland for her undergraduate studies and received a Master’s Degree from James Madison University. She learned to play golf two years ago at First Tee-Greater Richmond’s Belmont course and would love to get to the point where she could play in Ireland or Pinehurst. New to Richmond, Ashley enjoys running, is an avid sports fan (especially DC-area sports and her alma maters), and loves to try new things.
