Kaitlin joined First Tee – Greater Richmond in March of 2022 as part-time staff at the Elson Redmond Memorial Driving Range. In January of 2024 she transitioned to full-time and became the Communications Manager. As communications manager she is supporting all aspects of the organization’s marketing, external and internal communications, including oversight of social media channels. She is also project managing the organization’s storytelling efforts and is assisting in copywriting across multiple platforms.

A May 2023 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Kaitlin earned her degree in Mass Communications where she focused on copywriting work. During her undergraduate tenure she interned at Release The Hounds, working inside the advertising agency to assist clients in telling their stories.
